在战乱岁月里，我涵养着拙朴的心性，
隐姓埋名，寄居在山水之畔。
疏导泉水，无意间妨碍了蚂蚁经过；
清扫地面，恰好让卧牛安眠。
整日里云雾笼罩着树木，
何时才能有雨洗净天空？
一进家门，儿女们便喧闹不休，
可恨我未能断绝尘世的缘份。

In times of war, I nurture my simple ways,
Fleeing from fame by the mountains and streams.
Diverting the spring, I hinder the ants' path;
Sweeping the ground, I please the reclining ox.
All day long, clouds shroud the trees,
When will rain come to wash the sky?

Regretting I've not severed worldly ties.
