修养身心，要警惕显明的污点。
怎能像云月那样超然无争，
却徒然惊扰那群愚昧之人呢？

The wild ducks on the pond swim free,
Up and down, as one with water they go.
They strive not with the water's flow,
And thus their bodies whole and safe can be.
When meeting things, it's wise to bear some stain;
In self-cultivation, shun the glare of vice.
How can one be like clouds and moon so plain,
And stir the foolish crowd with needless strife?
