我再次南行前往南阳，
心绪涌动，渡过了清澈的汉水。
日光晴朗，山川河谷明丽，
风吹拂着花竹，使之纷乱摇曳。
遥望那万山的山麓，
近看樊城的岸边。
南北分隔，令人伤怀，
这情景让我感念那失群的鸿雁。

Once more I journey south to Nanyang's plain,
My thoughts arise as I cross the clear Han's domain.
The sun shines bright, the valley streams are clear,
The wind bends flowers and bamboos, causing disarray here.
From afar I gaze upon the foot of myriad hills,
Nearby I overlook the banks of Fancheng, where stillness thrills.
North and south, we are parted, a sorrowful plight,
It makes me feel the wild geese's mournful flight.
