这个地方隔绝了夏日的酷热，
幽深清凉得让人几乎不敢相信。
夜晚寒凉，仿佛刚下过雨一般，
庭院寂静，好似没有僧人存在。
枕头挨着湿润的、高耸入云的石头，
窗户被佛像前的灯火照亮。
浮生之中，人多是卑微脆弱之躯，
恐怕难以承受这样的时日。

This place is free from summer's sweltering heat,
So deep and cool, it seems beyond belief.
The night is chill as if a rain had passed,
The courtyard still, as if no monks were left.
My pillow damp by cloudy stones is laid,
The window bright with Buddha's lamp is lit.
This floating life is mostly base and frail,
I fear such days are hard for me to bear.
