刚说起要去登山，病痛仿佛就痊愈了；
我这老迈的身体健壮得如同老虎一般。
潮水涨落之处，留下一线白色的痕迹；
青山在远处若隐若现，只见数点青黛。
为辟邪祈福，我虽诗才贫乏仍多插菊花；
为驱除魔障，我细看茱萸，以解酒后的不适。
像龙山落帽的孟嘉那样才是真正的快乐；
孙盛啊，你并非柏氏图中所画的隐逸高士。

Just speaking of climbing the mountain, my ailment seems to fade away;
This old body feels as robust as a tiger, strong and gay.
A thread of white marks the tide's ebb and flow upon the strand;
A few dots of green hint at mountains, near or far from land.
To ward off ill luck, I plant chrysanthemums, though verse runs poor;
To drive demons away, I gaze at dogwoods, wine's bitterness to endure.
The joy is true, like losing one's hat on Dragon Hill in ancient lore;
You, Sun Sheng, are no match for Bo's portrait, let us say no more.
