秋天的河水清澈见底，露出河滩的底部，
浅浅的沙地与波浪的痕迹相互交错。
白鱼在湍急处跳跃，显得十分匆忙，
投宿的大雁飞落时，天色已经昏黄。
我带着月光驶入涡流的末端，
落下船帆，提防水下的石根。
清澈的淮河行程还未走完，
明天又将到达前方的村庄。

Where shallow sands and rippling wave marks interlace.
White fish leap in haste where the current is fleet,
Roosting geese descend as the daylight grows obsolete.
With the moon I enter the whirlpool's tail,

The clear Huai River's course is not yet done,
Tomorrow brings another village, another sun.
