遥远的水路已经分道而行，
古老的河汊源头仍未穷尽。
定是前方山间下过了雨，
瀑布奔涌而至，水势湍急而浑浊。
在秋草的阴影下暗暗滋生，
又稍稍重现了夏日积雨的痕迹。
再往前去，等待月亮升起，
那时应该还能抵达家门。

The distant waterway has already diverged,
The ancient channel's source remains untraced.
Surely the rain from the mountains ahead,
Brings torrents down, turbid and swift in their haste.
In the shade beneath autumn grasses it grows,
Reviving faint traces of summer's flood tide.
Let's go further and wait for the moon to rise,
Then perhaps we can still reach the door by its guide.
