南方溪流的背阴处温暖，
在春天到来之前就萌发了茶芽。
从青竹笼中采摘而来，
在白云缭绕的人家蒸制。
烹煮时在茶碗中如粟粒般浮起，
还有饰有龙纹的御用茶饼增添风味。
尝过此茶，哪里还能找到可比之物？
连顾渚名茶也不必再夸耀了。

In southern lands, by shaded streams, the warmth holds sway,
Before the spring, the tender tea buds start to grow.
Plucked and carried in baskets of green bamboo they,
Steamed where white clouds above the mountain dwellings flow.
Like millet grains, they dance when brewed within the cup;
Imperial cakes with dragon patterns add their art.
Beyond this, what comparison could one make up?
Even famed Guzhu need not boast, set apart.
