白话文翻译
水波与树木摇曳在窗外，卧榻边可见天空；
虚幻的花景都已变换殆尽，而我依然如故。
吟咏的情怀豁然开朗，是因为聆听了大道；
隐逸的趣味深入时，便颇能进入禅境。
不用耳朵去听，又何须洗耳？
况且并无琴在，哪里需要琴弦？
不知能否遇到开启关窍的机缘，
哪怕破费这一江的明月，乘船去寻也值得。

Water and trees sway outside the window, the couch reveals the sky;
Illusory flowers have all changed, yet I remain the same.
Where poetic feeling opens wide, it's due to hearing the Dao;
When hermitic interest grows deep, it rather enters Zen.
Not using ears to listen, what need is there to wash them?
And with no zither present, what use are strings?
I wonder if I'll meet one who can open the pass—
It would be worth spending a boatload of moonlight on this river.
