五福之中唯独没有富贵；
可叹我得到的已经很多了。
时常寄宿在禅房里；
每每在酒市上尽情高歌。
诗写得清瘦，也懒得照镜子；
下棋鏖战，恐怕会像烂柯的樵夫一样忘了时间。
残余的年岁还能有多少呢？
切莫辜负了那钓鱼的蓑衣。

Of the five blessings, only wealth I lack;
Yet I sigh, for I've gained much indeed.
Sometimes I lodge overnight in a meditation hall;
Often I sing heartily in the taverns of the wine market.
My poems are lean, too lazy to look in the mirror;
In fierce chess battles, I fear the axe-handle will rot.
How many years remain in my declining life?
I must not fail to don my fisherman's cloak.
