家中藏有讲述种树的书。
欣喜于有床可安身，占卜得此宅吉祥，
门庭虽小却足以容下车马，笑对高门大宅。
粗茶淡饭，常以腌韭菜佐餐，
单衣很快用粗布制成。
向东家借用的跛足驴子已归还，
初次去南市购买船只。
美景都已游遍，
邻家老翁十分友善，毫不疏远。
时常能够乘兴而行，
哪里只是偏爱我的茅庐呢。

With friends from woods and hills, a society I weave,
At home, I keep a book on how to plant and grow.
Glad for a bed, I bless this dwelling I receive,
My gate, though narrow, smiles at carriages that go.
Simple meals, often pickled leeks to eat,
A single robe, soon made of coarse cloth, plain and neat.
From east neighbor, the lame donkey I return,
To southern market, for a boat, my steps I turn.
All lovely scenes I've roamed, none left unseen,
The old man next door is friendly, never mean.
From time to time, I can follow my heart's delight,
It's not just love for my own hut, so simple and bright.
