酷热的暑气仿佛能熔化金石，
我的小屋却如此幽静清凉。
松木棚架飘香，带着露水的湿润，
竹席冰凉，仿佛生出秋意。
在开满𬞟花的水边荡起船桨，
在长满杜若的沙洲垂下钓竿。
并非我已全然忘却世间之事，
只是暂且以此来消解我的愁绪。

The scorching heat melts metal and stone,
Yet my cottage remains so cool and serene.
The pine-shed fragrance carries morning dew,
The bamboo mat chills as if autumn grew.
I row my boat where duckweeds bloom in the creek,
And cast my line by the isle of pollia sleek.
Not that I've renounced all worldly affairs,
But just to dissolve my lingering cares.
