小船以藤蔓作为缆绳，
幽静的居所，门是用竹子编成的。
矮矮的篱笆围住了藕塘，
一条小路蜿蜒伸入桑树掩映的村庄。
从筏头捕获的鱼做成的脍很鲜美，
倾倒未滤的酒，使粥面变得浑浊。
在这衰残的晚年，我辞谢了官位与车冕，
却仍然足以被称为一个黎民百姓。

A small boat, with wisteria vines for its cable,
My secluded dwelling, its door woven from bamboo.
A low fence encloses the lotus pond,
A narrow path leads into the mulberry village.
Fish slices from the raft's head are delicious,
Unstrained wine, poured, clouds the surface of the gruel.
In my declining years, I renounce carriage and crown,
Yet still I am worthy to be called one of the common people.
