在大雨中从山中采药归来，
我到丫头岩边寻觅诗句。
在野渡口唤船时，正迎着飞雪；
带着酒到溪头，领略梅花的风姿。
长久客居他乡，愁苦的心几乎要碎裂，
何时才能让笑口常常张开？
我殷勤地记下今天的事情：
破败的驿站里，空荡的廊下，落叶堆积成堆。

Returning from herb-picking in the mountain through heavy rain,
I seek for verses by the side of the Maiden Rock.
Calling a boat at the wild ferry, I meet the welcoming snow;
Carrying wine by the creek, I savor the sight of plum blossoms.
A long-time traveler, my sorrowful heart is nearly broken;
When can my smiling lips part frequently again?
Earnestly I record the events of this very day:
In the broken post-house, empty corridors, leaves pile in heaps.
