腾腾自在的是一位带发修行的僧人。
裁剪白棉布做成洁净的巾帕，
拄着采来的红藤手杖。
尚且欣喜入冬以来身体康健，
遇到山峦便能尽情遍览登临。

An earthen pot steeps seven bowls of tea,
A clay steamer holds three pecks of grain.
The silent stone can speak in its own way,
The monk with hair moves with a cloud-like ease.
A white cloth cut to make a cleansing towel,
A cane of red vine picked to be my stay.
I'm glad my health holds through the winter's chill,
And I can climb each hill that comes my way.
