山中没有报时的滴漏，猿猴啼叫便知天色已晚。
芬芳的藤蔓攀上幽静的崖壁，皎洁的月光映照着高耸的石壁。
主人格外好客欢喜，欢欣之情仿佛我们早有旧谊。
幼小的孩子用竹盘端持着，煮好黍米饭拿来招待客人。
选择邻居虽还未定下，但清越的长啸姑且让我自感安适。
我衰病已久，荒废了作诗，笔端只能慨叹如同荆棘丛生般艰涩。

No timepiece sounds in the mountain's hold, / The apes' cries tell that evening's grown old.
Sweet vines climb up the quiet cliff's side, / The pure moon shines on the wall, high and wide.
The host, filled with joy, a rare delight, / As if we'd shared old bonds, feels just right.
His young son props a bamboo tray with care, / Cooks millet to feed the guest waiting there.
Though choosing neighbors is not yet my fate, / A clear whistle brings ease, I contemplate.
Long ill, I've left poetry in the past, / My brush laments thorns, its skill overcast.
