鬓发旁的罗旛精巧地耐住严寒。
筛辣捣香，滤制腊月的美酒，
染红丝、缀绿彩，簇拥着迎春的盘餐。
衰老的容颜还未察觉余年的迫近，
在美好的日子里仍想求得一笑之欢。
可叹孩童们痴迷更胜过我，
乡间的傩戏虽简陋也争相观看。

By the temples, silk streamers cleverly endure the cold.
Sifting pepper, pounding spices, we brew the year-end wine,
Dyeing threads red and green, we cluster the spring platter.
My declining face hasn't felt the press of remaining years,
On fine days, I still think of a moment of joyful laughter.
I sigh that children are more foolish than I,
Though crude, the village exorcism they also strive to watch.
