世间万事，于我如同风吹牛马，过耳不闻；
我独自住在这萧条破败的屋子里。
忍受清贫，反而增添了内在的力量；
耐受屈辱，方能显现精神的通达与神通。
道行精进，外界的魔障自然消散；
内心安宁，客居的疾病也就无影无踪。
我将精微的言语施予池鱼与飞鸟；
愿它们一一脱离池塘与牢笼，获得自由。

In a bare, broken hut, I dwell alone.
