不再求医问药，病痛反而少了；
没有长生之术，却自然活得长久。
一叶小舟便是我烟波上的居所，
闲散之身犹如陆地上的神仙。
东边的窗子是最佳的位置，
每日对着阳光静坐，忘却了书卷。

I quit the doctor, and fewer ailments come;
With no special art, I naturally live long.
