定知贤能杰出之人自有降生之时。
求学必须匆忙之中也常坚持于此，
大道岂能片刻之间或许可以背离？
我已年老，不再为明日谋划，
但心中仍珍惜每寸光阴的流逝。
巍峨的孔夫子虽是天纵之才，
礼乐、官制等学问也都有老师传授。

Surely the wise and outstanding are born in their destined times.
Learning must be pursued with constant urgency,
How could the Way be left, even for a moment's negligence?
Old as I am, I have no plans for tomorrow's gain,
