如今穷居乡野，半是士人，半是农夫。
清静的夜晚，我像嵇康一样锻铁；
平明日出时，我像梁鸿一样舂米。
靠马磨劳作尚且可以度日，
披着牛衣也能熬过寒冬。
湖中有一位长啸的隐士，
我有什么办法能去追随他呢？

In poverty, I dwell half as a scholar, half as a farmer.
In the clear night, like Xi Kang, I forge at the furnace;
At dawn, like Liang Hong, I pound grain with the pestle.
