鹰吃饱了，心意却仍未平静。
伏在马槽边难道不安稳吗？
但老骏马终究会发出悲鸣。
士人活着本就想显达，
又害怕只是徒然得到富贵。
平素的愿望有未能伸展的，
即便有五鼎之食也觉得淡而无味。
茅屋在秋雨中漏雨，
稻田边的池塘春水深深。
我放声长歌，倾尽浊酒，
整个世间无人理解我的心。

Is it not peaceful to stay by the manger?
Yet the old steed still neighs with lingering anger.

Even a feast of five tripods tastes bland and lean.
