在天河津渡旁，人们笑话我醉醺醺地骑着毛驴。
床头正好可以放置《周易》，
书架上不妨抽取《汉书》。
幸而有古人与我志趣相投，
也不嫌弃儿子有些迂阔疏懒。
我这般白发颓唐的样子虽然可鄙，
但忍耐世事、克制愁绪的余力却还有。

At the Celestial Ford, they laugh at me, drunk and riding a donkey.
By the bedside, it's just right to place the Book of Changes.

Fortunate to share the same taste with ancients,
I don't mind my son being somewhat aloof and slow.
Though my disheveled white hair is rather despicable,
I still have strength enough to endure affairs and restrain sorrow.
