寒泉漱口使我从酒醉中清醒，
午夜时分诵读着仙家的经典。
茶鼎发出类似蚯蚓鸣叫的声音，
香盘上的火光如萤火虫般闪烁。
斋戒心神，守护着玄妙的根源（玄牝），
闭上眼睛，便进入了宁静黄庭的境界。
寄语山中的友人，
托人送来茯苓。

Cold spring rinses away the wine's haze, I awake,
At midnight, reciting immortal scriptures I partake.
The tea tripod hums like an earthworm's sound,
The incense tray's fire glows as fireflies around.
With purified heart, I guard the Mysterious Feminine gate,
Closing my eyes, I attain the Yellow Serenity state.
I send word to my friend in the mountains,
To send me poria cocos, by someone's hand.
