草鞋踏过泥泞的道路，发出策策的声响。
柳枝在风中斜斜地飘向北方，
花儿在夕阳西下时收敛了容颜。
我们夸赞社日新酿的美酒，
欣喜地看到春日的荒芜田地已被犁遍。
深僻的村庄没有客人来访，
只有父子二人相互搀扶，悠然前行。

Raindrops fine on my bamboo hat's brim,
Through the mud, my straw sandals stride, firm and grim.
Willows slant where the north wind blows,
Flowers close as the sun sinks low.
Village wine, newly brewed, we boast and praise,
Spring fields, all plowed, bring joyful days.
No guest comes to this deep village, remote and still,
Father and son, we walk together, by our own will.
