派往萆山的军队已经出发；
背水列阵的战术尤为奇特。
史书上前人于水泽布阵确有记载；
但懂得随机应变，只有我独自明白。
正需要投身于绝死之地；
何必顾虑众人的种种猜疑。
最终如约拔掉敌人的旗帜；
按时传递餐食也应如期做到。
孙武和吴起的兵法并非纸上空谈；
谋略方策必须根据实际情况来施行。

Ten li away, a formidable foe we face;
At the critical moment, the situation grows dire.
The troops dispatched to Mount Bi have taken their place;
Yet the back-to-water formation is even more rare.
The records of past marshes indeed hold such a case;
But to act with flexibility, I alone am aware.
One must indeed throw oneself into a deadly space;
Why bother with the doubts of the crowd, or their care?
To pull down the enemy's banners, as pledged, we'll dare;
To pass out meals on time, we'll also be prepared.
Sun and Wu's arts are not just paper theories bare;
Strategy and tactics must be suitably applied.
