官舍若幽居，四围山水绿。

官舍仿佛幽静的居所，
四周环绕着青翠的山水。
其中住着一位志趣高远的人士，
厌倦了文书工作的束缚。
我们偶然相遇，以诗文佐酒畅饮，
情谊投合，如同金玉般坚固。
朱红色的琴弦发出清越的乐音，
在纹路精美的棋盘上，我们开始一局新棋。
一杯又一杯地饮酒，直到夜深，
我们依然手持蜡烛，继续欢聚。
树叶凋落，天空显得格外辽阔，
螃蟹正肥美，新酿的酒刚刚熟成。
我们相约去壮游，观赏宏大的景象，
登高望远，再次极目远眺。
不要让儿辈们知道这种滋味，
这独特的趣味只属于我一人独享。

The official lodge feels like a secluded abode,
Surrounded by green hills and waters on every road.
Here dwells a man of lofty mind and free soul,
Who loathes the shackles of documents and control.
We meet by chance and drink to the muse of letters,
Our bond forged like gold and jade, nothing shatters.
The vermilion strings send forth a melody clear,
On the checkered board, a new game we start here.
Cup after cup we drink, the night grows deep and late,
We still hold candles high, ignoring the hour's weight.
Leaves fall, the sky appears vast and infinitely wide,
Crabs grow fat, the wine is newly brewed with pride.
We pledge to journey far for sights grand and sublime,
To gaze afar from heights, again and again, in time.
Let not our children know of this taste we have found,
This flavor is for me alone, on this hallowed ground.
