狗在寒冷中叫声如豹子般凶猛，
老僧消瘦得胜过猿猴。
涧水奔流而来，推动着旋转的石磨，
山中的童子出来关闭寺门。
城里的梅花还未曾看见，
这里却已有几株开得繁盛。

A cold dog barks with a leopard's wrath,
An aged monk looks thinner than an ape.
The stream flows down, turning a millstone round,
A mountain lad comes out to shut the gate.
