肩膀和毛发肖似人的形状，
言语极为机敏警觉。
罗网不能招引它们，
在幽深旷野中自在驰骋。
为何它们的嗜好如此偏颇，
遇到美酒便立刻点头应允？
尝了一点，就像被含沙射影所染，
逐渐蔓延，终至酩酊大醉。
踏着轻快的步子，满心想要欢愉，
谁知竟堕入了深深的陷阱。
可鄙啊，这些沉溺于酒杯的人，
头发都已斑白，却仍未清醒。

Shoulders and hair, a human shape they bear,
Their speech is keen, exceeding sharp and shrewd.
No trap or snare can lure them to be caught,
Through deep and silent wilds they freely roam.
But why is their desire so strangely bent,
That at the sight of wine, they nod their head?
A taste, as if by hidden sand infected,
Spreads till they sink into a drunken stupor.
With tripping steps, intent on merry joy,
Who knows they fall into a deep-laid pit?
How base, these men who drown in cups of wine,
Their heads grown white, yet still they are not sober.
