锄去荒草，在清新的雨中种下新苗，
新芽茁壮生长，美丽又鲜艳。
生计虽然清贫却不感到羞愧窘迫，
采摘收获足以让我饱足。
我的筐篮里常常盛满芬芳的菜蔬，
用盐和浓醋加以腌制。
人的舌根总是贪恋珍馐美味，
而你的味道正是一剂针砭良药。
将这种心境充塞于宇宙天地之间，
每一处境界都浩大圆满，毫无欠缺。

The sprouts rise fair, a lovely, vibrant sight.
My humble living holds no cause for shame,
I gather plenty to appease my appetite.
Often my baskets brim with fragrant yield,
Preserved with salt and vinegar so strong.
The tongue craves dainties, a persistent field,
Your taste, a cure to rectify the wrong.
Filling the cosmos, boundless and entire,
