嵩山巍峨秀丽，屹立于中华大地中央；
山色苍翠，仿佛与瑶池仙岛相连。
上清宫是神仙居住的宫殿，
庄严神圣，毫无雕琢的巧饰。
浮云荡开了繁密的阴霾；
变幻莫测，融入幽深渺远之中。
飘摇着越过山岩与峰峦，
浓密的遮蔽混杂于浩瀚的天地之间。
纵使有美景与祥瑞相合，
也昏暗地遮蔽了晨昏的光线。
何况又有浓雾生成，
浑然一气，成就了苍茫的天宇。
在茫茫的天地宇宙之间，
我落落寡合，坚守着孤高的怀抱。
上天的意旨无法知晓；
烦乱的心绪忧愁煎熬。
怎能呼出一阵大风，
将八方清扫得干干净净。

Mount Song stands splendid in the heart of our land;
Its majestic hue connects with jade-like isles so grand.
The Supreme Purity Palace, a divine abode,
Solemn and sublime, beyond carved craft bestowed.
Floating clouds disperse the thick and gloomy shade;
Their transformations vanish into the obscure glade.
Drifting past the rocky cliffs, they wildly roam;
Their dark obscurity blends with the vast sea's foam.
Even if fair scenes and blessings coincide,
They're dimly veiled, the dawn and dusk to hide.
Moreover when dense fog arises anew,
A single breath forms the vast sky's boundless view.
In the vast expanse between heaven and earth,
Alone and aloof, my solitary feelings find their worth.
The will of Heaven cannot be known or told;
My troubled heart is pounded, anxious and cold.
Oh, to exhale a great wind, mighty and strong,
To sweep the eight directions clean, as if nothing's wrong.
