有客人怜惜您孤高的愤懑，

瑶琴空置于宝匣之中，
琴弦的吟诵已不堪聆听。

You, a recluse, stood as a model alone.
Like Boyi's tale, your fame reached the azure strand;
Like the "Tai Xuan Jing," white-haired, you made it known.
Some guests took pity on your lonely indignation;
None inquired about your solitary sobriety.
The jade lute lies idle in its precious case;
Its strings and chants are too sad to hear with grace.
