白话文翻译
古老的树木矗立在荒废的祠堂旁边，
那是往年被雷击后残留的痕迹。
蛟龙从此处离去，消失不见，
蝼蚁至今仍在这里居住栖息。
盘错的树节摧折如犀甲般坚硬，
烧灼的痕迹如蠹虫蛀蚀的漆书。
即便它会妨碍重要的道路通行，
终究胜过断毁废弃的沟渠。

Beside a ruined shrine, an ancient tree stands bare,
Scorched by thunderbolts in years long past and gone.
The dragon fled from here, leaving its lair,
Where ants and termites dwell till now, alone.
Its gnarled roots, like rhino hide, are torn and split,
Its charred bark, like worm-eaten books, decayed and marred.
Though it may block the main road, hindering a bit,
It still surpasses broken ditches, broken and scarred.
