从前听闻《诗经·小旻》的告诫，
如今亲身行走在薄冰之上。
汹涌的流水愤怒得仿佛要崩裂冰层，
寒冷的蛟龙盘踞着，畏惧惊扰。
缓缓前行只觉得路途遥远，
战战兢兢仍担心冰面太薄。
谁能斩断我孤疑不决的心志？
为了探求源头，继续向北远征。

Once I heard the warning of the ancient ode,
Now I tread the path on thinning ice.
The surging water, furious, seems about to crack;
The cold dragon coils, fearful of alarm.
Slowly, I only feel the distance grow;
Trembling, I still think the ice too light.

To seek the source, I journey northward still.
