向南进军，跋涉过深深的武溪。
树立铜柱的功业因一次失误而受挫，
如同酒壶倾覆，悲哀留存至今。
我听说威势能够震慑四海，
但也会有让眼前猎物逃脱的时候。
试着观察朝廷两阶举行的和平之舞，
应当如同丹浦之战时那颗仁德之心。

General Fubo, with a heart so bold and high,
Marched southward, crossing the deep Wuxi stream.
His bronze pillar feat, a single misstep's sigh,
Like a toppled wine jar, stirs grief to extreme.
I've heard that power can awe the world entire,
Yet even it may let the forward quarry flee.
Observe the dance of peace before the court's fire,
It should reflect a heart like at Danpu's victory.
