大雁翩翩地向南飞翔，
历经万里路途的辛苦分离。
北方的风雪常常逼迫着秋天，
知晓征兆，确实应该提早准备。
敌兵在西北方声势浩大，
弓矢能射断飞鸟。
在刀箭的锋芒间侧身飞行，
悲鸣之声触动了我的胸怀。
往昔商山的那位老者，
自我放逐也忘却了年老。
避世隐居是我所效法的，
遥相望见，告诫自己不要轻率矫饰。

Swallows in graceful flight head south,
Across a weary road of ten thousand miles.
Northern snows often press upon autumn,
To know the signs, indeed, one should act early.
The enemy's forces are strong in the northwest,
Arrows and bows can sever birds in flight.
Flanking wings amidst the clash of blades,
Their mournful cries strike deep into my heart.
In times past, the old man of Mount Shang,
Let himself go and forgot his age.
To avoid strife is what I take as my guide,
Gazing afar, I caution against rashness.
