刚刚看见新月升上桑树和榆树的梢头，
转眼又沉落到银河的西边。
空气清凉，知道露水已凝成白色；
天空辽阔，看见星辰显得低垂。
宁静的月色余晖留在帘额之上，
回转的清光照射着栖息的鸟儿。
城头的乌鸦偏偏可恨，
直到天亮也不停止啼叫。

The new moon climbs above the mulberry and elm,
Then sinks again west of the Silver River's realm.
The chill air tells of dew that turns to white,
The vast sky shows the stars hang low at night.
A tranquil hue remains on the curtain's lace,
Returning light shoots through the birds' nesting place.
The city crows are hateful, beyond compare,
They never cease their cawing till dawn's light is there.
