海边有座山名为泰山，
自古以来，帝王们就曾东行到此封禅。
史书记载已超过三千年，
共有七十二位君主登临此山巅。
皇帝的车驾陈列着金策文书，
身着礼服的官员们迫近那高耸入云的天路。
秘藏的文书留存着岁月的痕迹，
站立远眺，俯视着脚下的丘陵大地。
华盖车驾行进在山腰坡路，
松林间的宫观矗立着多少层数？
秦始皇徒然在此刻石记功，
千年以来，他那求仙的痴想只让人笑谈其空。

By the sea stands Mount Tai, a name of grand renown,
To the east, emperors of old made pilgrimage to this ground.
Three thousand years of records in history's long scroll,
Seventy-two times ascended by rulers of soul.
With chariots and golden tablets, the royal train did proceed,
In robes and caps, they approached the celestial cord with heed.
Secret archives preserve the annals of those bygone days,
Standing tall, they gazed down upon the hills and the haze.
The Hua Canopy moved along the mountain's winding side,
How many tiers of pine-clad temples there did abide?
The First Emperor's vain stone inscriptions, now worn and old,
For millennia, his quest for immortality a tale to be told.
