野外翠色是多么茂盛凌乱，
我郁结的情怀得以纵情吟咏。
化龙可知竹有节操，
等待凤凰岂会没有深意？
我惆怅地遥望那位山阴来的客人，
他却飘然远去，无处可寻。

His intent was to create a mountain forest.
How wildly lush the wilderness green grows!
My pent-up feelings find release in song.
To turn into a dragon, it knows constancy;
Awaiting the phoenix, how could it lack intent?
In melancholy, I gaze for the guest from Shanyin,
But he has drifted away, beyond all seeking.
