欲穷无然心,足力有不堪。
终南有五虎,衔牙坐耽耽。
乃有忘躯人,临穴已拟探。
干将古宝剑,吹毛可挥䤴。
亦有躁戾者,执刃求其镡。
所得计所伤,胆溃心忧惔。
况夫爱见魔,悦如刍豢甘。
大士独了然,白月沉珠潭。
独造无僮仆,妙理去二三。
至哉天下乐,端默坐草庵。

在人生幽深的境域之中,
我们就像茧中的蚕。
想要穷尽那无边的本心,
脚力却有所不能胜任。
终南山上盘踞着五只猛虎,
它们露出牙齿,眈眈而坐。
却有忘却身躯的人,
临近虎穴就已准备探看。
干将这把古代宝剑,
吹毛可断,锋利无比。
也有急躁暴戾的人,
手持利刃,非要寻得剑鼻。
计算所得却要承受所伤,
胆气溃散,内心忧愁焦灼。
更何况那些被爱欲与妄见迷惑的魔障,
让人愉悦得如同享用牛羊犬豕的肉食般甘美。
唯有大士(指高僧)全然明了,
如同白月沉入明珠般的深潭。
独自证悟,无需童仆随从,
玄妙的真理,远离了二三之见(种种分别)。
至高无上的天下至乐啊,
便是端然静默,安坐于草庵之中。
In the profound realm of human life,
We're like silkworms trapped within a cocoon.
To fathom the boundless mind's desire,
Our strength of foot proves utterly unfit.
Five tigers dwell on Mount Zhongnan's height,
With bared teeth, they sit in watchful might.
Yet some, forgetting self, dare draw near,
And at the cavern's mouth prepare to peer.
Ganjiang, that ancient treasured sword,
Could slice a hair blown 'gainst its edge, 'tis said.
Some rash and violent men, with blade in hand,
Seek out its hilt, by fury blindly led.
The gain they count, the harm they must sustain,
Their courage fails, their hearts are filled with pain.
How much more those by love and views enslaved,
Who find such bondage sweet as beasts well-fed.
The Great One alone sees with clarity,
Like the white moon sunk in a pearl-deep sea.
Alone he journeys, without servant's aid,
The wondrous truth, from dual views, is laid.
Supreme, the joy that under heaven lies,
In silent stillness, in a grass hut, he abides.
对生命有限性的认知与精神突围。
以蚕自喻,慨叹人生局限与束缚,寻求精神超脱。
