我的兄弟客居在淮水之滨，
我在蓬窗之下，回忆着我们如繁星般相聚的时光。
云朵从我眺望的视野中变得浓密，
雨水追随着离去的边际，零星飘散。
想起赤壁之战，感慨生命的存亡，
在怡亭之中，我们曾几度醉倒又醒来。
归来吧，勤勉地迈开你的脚步，
切莫辜负那苦读时映照书卷的萤火微光。

By my thatched window, I recall our starry gathering with pride.
From my gaze, clouds gather thick and nigh,
Rain follows the departing edge, scattering as it goes by.
At Red Cliff, thoughts of life and death arise,
At Yi Pavilion, how many times did we sober from drunken ties?
Return, oh return, tread diligently your way,
Do not betray the firefly's light that guides your study day.
