杀鸡宰猪，打开社祭的酒坛，
吹箫击鼓，赛会酬谢神灵祠庙。
田野的菜蔬青翠，装满了竹篮，
香喷喷的米饭像白雪堆满汤匙。

The autumn season brings delight.
Pigs and chickens grace the feast, with wine jugs full,
Flutes and drums resound, to honor gods in rite.

Recite the old man's verses, as they're told.
