逆流而上穿越万里惊涛骇浪。
虽然地方风俗据说有所不同，
但民情想来大抵是一样的。
明智者终会警惕于苛察，
政令仁惠便无需过分宽纵。
前代史书中多有奉职守法的官吏，
趁闲暇时更应仔细研读借鉴。
