从西南方引来了潏水，
向北流入太极宫中。
居民昔日曾以此为利，
旧日的遗迹如今仍可寻踪。
不时可见断裂的石砌渠壁，
如龙盘绕，戏耍于云风之间。

The Clear Bright Channel stretches thirty miles afar,
Dug through high and low, a passage free and clear.
From southwest it draws the waters of Jue,
Northward into the Supreme Palace they steer.
The dwellers once thrived on its benefit old,
Its ancient traces now can be traced, I'm told.
At times one sees the broken stone embankment's line,
Like dragons playing 'mid clouds and winds divine.
