纸窗透进来拂晓的天光，
棉被借来了春日的暖阳。
万般思虑在此刻得以停息，
自身的存在如今也可遗忘。
连周公都不足以入梦，
美妙的意趣在于追慕羲皇。

The long night, free from worldly dust,
I sleep at ease as in a Taoist hall.
The paper window parts the dawn's first hue,
The cotton quilt borrows the warmth of spring sun.
All worldly cares within this place now cease,
This very self, for now, can be forgot.
Not even Duke of Zhou appears in dreams,
The finest joy lies with the ancient sage.
