一连数日都停泊在驿馆前的溪边。
大雨倾盆而下，如同翻倒了盆盎，
狂风呼啸，仿佛敲响了战鼓。
早晚两次潮水空自涨落，
这一条江水划分了东西的界限。
回忆起昔日乘船游览湖泊的情景，
那是新晴天气，我正泛舟于会稽山旁。

My boat moves slow, delayed upon the stream,
For days I've stayed before the post by this waterway.
Torrential rain pours down as from an upturned basin's seam,
And furious winds beat drums of war in wild display.
The tides, both morning and evening, come in vain;
This single river marks the boundary east and west.
I recall the time I sailed on the lake with pleasure's gain,
Under a new-clear sky, by Kuaiji's hills I was blessed.
