阴沉的造物主恣意挥洒着精神，
空中飞舞着如玉的尘埃。
雪花飘入屋檐，搅乱了灯影，
压折竹枝的声音在拂晓频频传来。
映照帷帐的光侵入了晨光，
其凛冽气势压倒了梅花所代表的春意。
老夫我贪恋这畅快的景致，
呵着热气温暖冻僵的手，拂拭黑色的头巾。

The dark lord wields his spirit, in play,
Jade dust dances wildly in the air.
Through the eaves, lamplight flickers in disarray,
Bamboo cracks with dawn's frequent sound, laid bare.
Light invades the window, dawn's approach it mocks,
It overwhelms the plum, spring's breath it blocks.
This old man craves a swift, delightful sight,
Blows on frozen fingers, brushes his black cap tight.
