年轻时便进士及第，名登雁塔，
晚年时位列朝班，跻身显贵行列。
他像贾谊一样心系国运，充满忧思，
又像陆贽一般直言进谏，奏疏陈情。
在精美的毡毯上，他曾亲近沐浴皇恩，
他呈上的奏章也曾像凝结的寒霜般肃穆严正。
虽然他才华宏大，但施展的空间却仍显狭小，
但他清白的声名，却如玉似雪，远播飞扬。

In later years among the phoenix ranks did lie.
Like Jia Yi, his heart for the realm did ache,
Like Lu Zhi, memorials for the state's sake.
On fine rugs, he bathed in the sovereign's light,

Though his great talent found a narrow sphere,
His pure fame, jade-like snow, shines far and near.
