清晨的锄头在日光中穿行。
农人们三五成群结伴劳作，
挖穴播种，区分田垄与畦町。
麦子秉承四季流转的元气，
收获时节临近炎热的景象。
灌溉必须赶在春天到来之前，
来年就能有充足的面食享用。

The wheat ridge gathers the chilly mist,
Morning hoes pierce through the sun's rays.
In groups of five or ten they form companions,
Sowing in pits, dividing plots and borders.
Endowed with the breath of all four seasons,
The harvest nears the blazing summer scene.

Next year, there will be ample soup and noodles.
