几间潇洒的屋椽俯瞰着清澈的涟漪，
荡漾的烟霞水汽仿佛要沾湿人的衣裳。
栏杆角上寒光摇曳如同翡翠，
屋檐尖端的倒影浸染在琉璃般的水中。
在荷花边鼓瑟，游鱼也来倾听，
柳树外敲击棋子，惊醒了睡着的白鹭飞起。
洗净红尘俗念、独具青眼的雅客，
面对流水，何妨再赋一首新的诗篇。

A few rafters, carefree, overlook the clear ripples' play,
Where misty haze undulates, almost dampening one's array.
At the railing's corner, cold light shimmers like kingfisher's hue,
From the eaves' tips, inverted shadows steep in glaze of lapis blue.
By lotus side, strumming the lute, wandering fish lend an ear,
Beyond the willows, chess pieces tapped, a sleeping egret takes flight in fear.
Washed clean of worldly dust, a guest with discerning eyes keen,
Facing the flowing stream, why begrudge composing a poem new and serene?
